Returns & Refund Policy
We are happy to offer our customers a refund within seven working days of receipt of the goods, provided we have been notified in advance and the goods have been returned to the address we specify in their original and unused condition.
In the event of non-delivery, despatch error, shortage or if damaged goods are received, please notify us as quickly as possible.
Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the product, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
Refunds for products purchased from other retail outlets should be taken up direct with the retailer, subject both to the retailer’s own return policies plus any specific terms and conditions detailed on the product packaging itself. Till receipts must be retained as proof of purchase.
